I’ve been using Skynova for a year now, and honestly, it’s great. The invoice templates r simple yet professional. My clients love the online payment feature, though the pricing could be more transparent. Their email support is okay but could be faster. Still, it gets the job done for small biz folks like me.
I thought Skynova would make my invoicing easy, but it turned out to b a mess! They didn’t even notify me before jacking up the price. Who does that? Support is useless, just redirects u to emails that get ignored. I’m so frustrated dealing with them. If u value ur time, stay away. I’m done with this service!..
At first, it was free and helpful. Then came the 'surprise' charges. They just hit my card w/o asking. The $10 plan isn’t worth it. There r free apps out there with similar features. Save ur money and look elsewhere! These ppl are scammers, IMO.
